Weight Watchers

I haven't posted in a long time! I started Weight Watchers two weeks ago today. My first week I was down 3.2 pounds and today is my second weigh-in. I'm hoping for another loss!! My clothes are fitting looser as each week goes by!!! It's pretty exciting. I'll try to get on tonigh and post my loss (or gain if that happens).

Staying on points is pretty easy. I just plan my meals ahead of time and stick to the serving size. I haven't invested in a food scale yet, so I count out what their approximate serving is. lol. I'm going to give myself a day every other week to eat what I want for dinner, like last Saturday night, I had some awesome mexican food! It helps me not feel deprived and honestly, I don't anyway. Eating in restaurants is a part of my family's life and I have to learn to make smart choices and allow myself cheats every once in awhile.

I started my last semester of nursing school. If everything goes as planned, I will be getting pinned on Friday May 15th. :) You have no idea how exciting that is!!! Alrighty, well of to get ready for my clinical orientation!!
